Services Provided: We offer 3D printing, finishing, and related services. All items are printed based on the files and specifications you provide.

Pricing & Payment: Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Full payment is required before production begins. Any custom quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for items that violate our Acceptable Use Policy, suspected intellectual property infringement, or technical/pricing errors.

Production Times: Lead times start only after payment and final file approval. Delays due to file corrections, material shortages, or unforeseen events will be communicated.

Intellectual Property: By submitting a file, you confirm you own or have legal rights to use and print the design and grant us permission to handle, store, and print your file solely for fulfilling your order.

Liability: We are not responsible for failures due to your design errors, misuse or unsafe use of printed items, or indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Florida/United States.

Acceptable Use Policy:

Prohibited Items: We will not print firearms, weapon parts, ammunition, items intended to cause harm, illegal goods or contraband, or obscene, hateful, or discriminatory materials.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to reject any project at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property Policy:

Customer Responsibility: You must own or have rights to the files you submit. You agree not to upload or request printing of copyrighted or trademarked works without permission or designs that infringe on patents or other IP rights.

Our Rights: We may refuse to print any file that appears to violate intellectual property laws.

DMCA Compliance: We respond to valid copyright infringement notices under the DMCA (for U.S. operations).

Refunds, Returns, & Cancellations Policy

Refunds: If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled only before printing begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.

Design Errors: We are not responsible for defects caused by your file design unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Lead Times: Production time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
